Trump made this announcement via social media, although it has yet to receive confirmation from either the Israeli government or Hamas.
As outlined by Trump, the proposal suggests that Hamas would systematically dismantle its military assets and destroy its tunnel infrastructure while handing over heavy weaponry under the watch of international monitors. In exchange, Israeli forces would stage a phased withdrawal from Gaza. An international stabilization force, along with a new Palestinian security administration, would then assume the responsibility of maintaining peace and order in the region.
The proposed plan also stipulates an immediate cessation of military activities prior to initiating the disarmament process. This would be followed by the dismantling of heavy weaponry, tunnels, and other military structures under the supervision of an international verification committee.
