Amit Shah Launches Motorcycle Rally Celebrating PM Modi’s 25-Year Public Career.

Date:

Union Home Minister Amit Shah inaugurated a motorcycle rally in Vadnagar on Thursday, as part of the Seva Sankalp Abhiyaan commemorating Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s 25 years in public service. The rally, traveling from Vadnagar to Varanasi, highlights Modi’s enduring political career and started on his 76th birthday.

The campaign, which began in Vadnagar, Modi’s birthplace, coincides with the anniversary of his initial appointment as Gujarat’s chief minister on October 7, 2001. This launch underscores the start of Modi’s significant journey in public office, which has now reached a quarter-century milestone.

In addition to the Vadnagar-Varanasi rally, a concurrent motorcycle yatra was initiated from Varanasi to Vadnagar, with Defence Minister Rajnath Singh officiating the start. Both rallies are expected to each attract around 300 bikers, who will traverse through various states and villages, eventually concluding on October 7.

Amit Shah emphasized that the initiative aims to bring attention to Modi’s contributions and political journey, particularly to the younger population. He noted that the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and its National Democratic Alliance (NDA) partners are committed to conveying the significance of this milestone to people across India.
