Despite these challenges, many individuals continue to push themselves, which can lead to burnout, anxiety, and emotional exhaustion over time. Recognizing these signs is crucial for both the individuals experiencing them and their loved ones. Understanding that someone who appears strong and successful may still be in need of support can help in addressing mental health struggles that are not immediately visible. Early intervention and seeking help can significantly impact one’s well-being, emphasizing the importance of awareness and support in the realm of mental health.
