MONTREAL — September 10, 2025 — Jimmy John’s, the U.S.-based fast-casual restaurant brand renowned for its efficient service and fresh offerings, has officially inaugurated its latest Canadian location at Fallsview Casino in Niagara Falls, Ontario.
This opening marks the commencement of a broader national expansion strategy, with twelve additional outlets slated to launch across Canada by year-end. Target markets include Winnipeg, Ottawa, and Toronto.
“This represents the start of a bold and deliberate rollout across Canada,” stated Peter Mammas, Chief Executive Officer of Foodtastic, the brand’s Canadian franchise partner.
A formal grand opening celebration is scheduled for later this month in collaboration with Fallsview Casino.
